At Bellavoure, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is unused and undamaged
  • Product is returned in its original packaging
  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

For hygiene reasons, returned lingerie products must be in original condition and show no signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.

Bellavoure reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at bellavoures@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return approval and return instructions
  3. Ship the product back to the provided return address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Your refund will be processed if the item meets our return requirements
  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable

Refund amount = Product amount only (excluding shipping charges)


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • Wrong product
  • Defective item
  • Damaged package upon delivery

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos.
